Share Plan Communication

Our dedicated teams of experienced administration specialists provide a customised approach to share plan communications. Each client commands the support and attention of their own team, to ensure every participant gains the appropriate level of guidance and attention to meet their individual requirements.

Comprehensive support from our teams is accessible via telephone, email or post. Additionally, each client is supplied with a personal email box, which is constantly monitored to ensure messages from participants are swiftly responded to, and any queries are resolved.

We understand that communicating share plan procedure and events, can involve delivering quite complex messages to those with a vested interest. Our teams work diligently to distribute regular mailings and concise explanations online, clearly delineating the opportunities available to them. Participants can also be reminded of share plan deadlines, as they approach, via SMS text messaging, email or via the post.

On electing to exercise options or sell shares, participants can submit their requests online, through the web-based client portals. This technology also allows participants to view the current status of their plans, access the relevant trading forms, submit queries and view statements. Within 24 hours of trading, participants are sent a contract note confirming the details of their trade and the proceeds due to them.

At every stage, our teams tailor their guidance and support to ensure each participant has the potential to achieve maximum benefit from their investment in your company.

If you’re looking for innovative ways to communicate with your employees, we have successfully piloted the use of new technologies to convey a consistent message to diverse workforces.
